MMA Annual Reports
The Agency is required to submit an annual report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) no later than 90 days following the end of the each demonstration year, as specified in Special Term and Condition #76 of the approved 1115 MMA Waiver. The Annual Report documents accomplishments, project status, quantitative and case study findings, utilization data, and policy and administrative issues in the operation of the 1115 MMA Waiver for each year of the demonstration.
Please note: The waiver amendment approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on June 14, 2013 changed the name of the waiver name from “Medicaid Reform” to the “Managed Medical Assistance Waiver”.
