Cost reports filed by nursing home providers with the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) for periods ending on or after December 31, 2003, are required to be filed electronically in a format and manner prescribed by the Agency. AHCA has developed an Excel application, "SEXTANT", for providers to create and submit their electronic cost report. The following files relate to this process:

This version of Sextant (Ver. 1.30) was modified from the previous version to include two new columns on Schedule B-2 (W) [Medicaid Managed Care (MMC) Days]. This includes one column for AmeriHealth and one column for Community Care Plan. If these two columns do not apply to you, you may continue to use the previous version of Sextant (Ver. 1.29).
