July 2015 – Public Meetings for HCB Settings Characteristics Review Tools
The public meetings will give stakeholders a general overview of the federal rule and introduce the draft HCB Characteristics Review Tool–Residential Settings and the HCB Characteristics Review Tool–Non-Residential Settings for public input. When finalized, providers will be able to use these tools to self-assess their settings in order to be compliant with the HCB Settings Rule.
The meetings held 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. will be open to all stakeholders and dedicated to the Long-Term Care (LTC) Waiver, Project AIDS Care (PAC) Waiver, and Traumatic Brain Injury/Spinal Cord Injury (TBI/SCI) Waiver. The meetings held 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. will be open to all stakeholders and dedicated to the Developmental Disabilities Individual Budgeting (iBudget) Waiver. The dates, times and locations of the public meetings are provided under the Schedule of Public Meetings heading. The draft HCB Settings Characteristics Review Tool documents are available for review below.
