Managed Care Policy and Contract Development
The Managed Care Policy and Contract Development Unit is responsible for developing, maintaining, and amending the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care contracts. In addition, the Managed Care Contract Development Unit is responsible for developing, maintaining, and publishing the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Report Guide, a companion to each health plan's contract with the Agency.
