The Telehealth Advisory Council and the Agency for Health Care Administration completed its work on June 30, 2018 per Chapter 2016-240, Laws of Florida.
The Agency, the Department of Health, and the Office of Insurance Regulation were required under 2016-240, Laws of Florida to survey health care facilities, practitioners, and health insurers on the status and scope of telehealth activities in the state. A report of the findings is available here:
