Supplemental Wage Agreement
The Agency will publish the Supplemental Wage Agreement on August 4, 2022, to the Medicaid Provider Secure Web Portal at https://home.flmmis.com. A provider who logs in to their Secure Web Portal account on or after August 4, 2022, will be able to review and sign the supplemental wage agreement.
