Expanded Benefits - Transportation
Caregiver Transportation - Available to all members with prior authorization. Services include transportation for up to four (4) round trips or eight (8) one-way trips per month, up to 40 miles round trip per trip, or 20 miles one way per trip, and related ancillary expenses such as parking fees and tolls.
Transportation to Non-Medical Appointments - Available to all members with prior authorization. Services include transportation for one round trip per month, under fifteen (15) miles and related ancillary expenses such as parking fees and tolls.
